Practicing yoga, which means “union” in Sanskrit, can help us find individual and collective healing and liberation. Cultivating awareness, reducing stress, regulating our nervous system, and finding inner peace positively impacts how we engage with the world.

With a teacher who affirms your choices
A yoga practitioner for almost two decades, Justflo Wellness founder Missy Goss-Coln (she/her) is a certified meditation teacher and 200-hour registered yoga teacher. Her additional training spans trauma-informed yoga and somatics, to Black mental health and healing justice.
Missy’s intersectionalities, including Jamaican lineage and American lived experience, also shape her affirming and accessible teaching style.
At Justflo Wellness, we:
Practice yoga as more than “a workout” and find ways to apply Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga to everyday life

I enjoyed taking the yoga class led by Missy! It was a great reminder for me to be more intentional with my movements, to add stretching into my daily ritual, and to not always see movement as exercise.
